Absolutely the best smash repair experience I have ever had. I selected Gallaghers based on the excellent reviews even though it took a little bit more work as they were not an NRMA preferred repairer. No regrets. Luke and his team were spectacular in every single way and went above and beyond to deliver great results. Key points: 1) Trustable - Luke is very down to earth, honest and transparent which makes the whole process easy 2) Attention to detail - Back of my car looked brand new - they even polished the sides of the car so that it didn't look out of place with the rest 3) Timely - repair was quick and on time 4) Going the extra mile - they washed and cleaned the inside of my car, and Luke helped me remove some stains from the inside of my rental car before returning it. He dealt directly with NRMA too. 5) Extra services - I had four small dents on my doors, Luke recommended a third party paintless dent repair service and organised the whole thing, and only charged me the (very cheap) third party cost. Results were great. To top it off - his quote was actually the cheapest of the three I obtained for the repair - the other two being from NRMA preferred repairers. I cannot recommend Luke and the team enough! Thanks for a great experience.

Gallagher Smash Repairs are the go to for any repair and paint work big or small. They've gone above and beyond multiple times for me. They are fast, well priced, professional and have very high quality workmanship. Couldn't recommend them enough. 5 stars.

After someone bumped me from behind, I was surprised when my insurer tried to right off my old but loved and perfectly fine car. Luke was recommended by a friend in the car industry. His background in the insurance industry meant he was able to give me invaluable advice negotiating my insurance claim. He was very kind and patient with my questions. They’re unaligned with any insurers. Their quote was reasonable. They sourced or fixed parts for a discontinued model, organised a replacement car and completed the repairs promptly and perfectly. Staff were polite and helpful. Comms were spot on. Highly recommended.

Thanks for the great work you did my T5 transported. It hand dangs all around, needing some new doors and some heavy rust cut out. You made it like new with a slick full paint job. You wouldn’t think it was 19 years old and done 400kms

Fantastic, honest and reliable service. I can’t rate Gallagher smash repairs high enough. As a young female visiting solo with no understanding or experience from cars I know the team here will always give me the best service at an honest price. No scheming or ripping off. In fact, I had a minor issue I was willing to pay to get some help with, and they helped me out for free. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

After experiencing a front collision, I went with Gallagher as my preferred repairer. Given my ute will be pushed to its limits, and is relatively low kms, it was important to me to choose a repairer that won’t cut corners and will bring it back to a factory standard for years to come. Gallagher delivered, with the car restored better than before the accident, with a lot of small touches, that went above and beyond the original accessory installation. The paint work looks better than ever and it’s clear the talent of this workshop are car enthusiasts, who will look after your vehicle with passion. I’m very pleased with the result, and have found a trustworthy and knowledgeable shop to return to in the future, for any mechanical needs; not just repairs. Thank you to Luke and the team.
